BOOKING POLICY

A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings made at BeauX Beauty Salon. Deposits can be made in the salon or via bank transfer.
All bookings are not confirmed until a deposit payment has been made. If there is a delay in making a deposit payment, your appointment slot may be allocated to somebody else.
Cancellations or changes made to your appointment must be made within 48 hours. (See Cancellation Policy)
Any missed appointments/ no shows will be charged in full (See Cancellation Policy).
Late arrivals may not receive their treatment and will be treated as a no show. BeauX Beauty Salon operates a strict 15 min rule, we cannot keep other clients waiting.
It is important that you provide all medical history asked of you. BeauX Beauty Salon will not be held liable for any results/injury caused because of withheld information or failure to follow prior or aftercare instructions given by us.
It is your responsibility to follow the aftercare that is provided with your treatment. You also take the responsibility to ask for clarification should you not understand it. If you do not follow your aftercare advice as given, BeauX Beauty Salon cannot be held liable.

For ALL Aesthetic/SPMU bookings:

Please do not apply your own numbing cream before your treatment as this may also create vascular dilation and additional risks so the treatment cannot be performed.
You are NOT permitted to consume alcohol 48 hours before or after your appointment. If you have consumed alcohol you must alert your practitioner as it may not be safe to proceed.
You MUST inform your Practitioner if you have had any Aesthetic/SPMU treatment elsewhere in the last 12 weeks, to prevent the risks that can happen when mixing products together.
We CANNOT do any lip treatment on anyone with an active cold sore on the day of treatment, to avoid further spreading.
If you are feeling unwell on the day of your Aesthetic/SPMU treatment with cold, flu, virus, infection you MUST inform your Practitioner asap.
If you have taken any medication/antibiotics due to a facial/oral infection within 2 weeks, you MUST inform your Practitioner.
If you require a corrective Aesthetic/SPMU Treatment it is BeauX Beauty Salons decision to assess suitability. We take no responsibility for previous work done elsewhere. Should corrective work be undertaken we accept no responsibility for issues that may arise due to previous work and any potential issues will be discussed at time of consultation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to us but we totally understand that life happens, plans change and you might need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us. Last minute cancellations and no-shows cost us dearly and leave gaps in our diary that we can't always fill at such short notice.

You ARE entitled to change or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any changes made after this will be considered a cancellation and your deposit will NOT be transferable & the following cancellation fee will apply:

Less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the booked treatment cost.
No shows and same day cancellations will incur a 100% charge of the booked treatment cost.

You will be unable to book another appointment with us until the cancellation fee has been paid in full.

Please note:

Due to circumstances outside of our control, there may be occasions when BeauX Beauty Salon may have to cancel appointments at short notice. We will endeavour to offer you an alternative appointment for the soonest date available. Should this be unacceptable to you, you will be offered a full refund of your deposit paid.

SALON POLICY

Clients will be terminated as clients should they be abusive or unduly rude to any member of staff.
BeauX Beauty Salon holds the right to refuse treatment should they believe a patient is medically unfit for treatment or that they believe, in their professional opinion, that the treatment is not going to have the results desired.
Children under the age of 18 cannot come into the salon with you whilst you undergo any Aesthetic/SPMU treatment. We have to adhere to regulations and terms of insurance. This is non-negotiable and you will not be able to have treatment.
Products purchased in the salon are non-refundable unless they are faulty. Faulty products will need to be returned to BeauX Beauty Salon for assessment before a refund can be processed.
Special Offers or Promotions are subject to availability. These offers/promotions may have separate terms and conditions applied to them that are not set out here and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers unless specifically stated.

It is the policy of BeauX Beauty Salon to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website. Accordingly, we have developed this privacy policy for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose and otherwise make use of personal information. We have outlined our privacy policy below.

We will only retain personal information for as long as necessary for the fulfilment of those purposes.
